Dr. Ismat Tahira is a compassionate and experienced physician with over 20 years in healthcare. She completed her residency at Western University and has extensive hospital and primary care experience in both Canada and Pakistan, giving her a broad and diverse clinical perspective. She focuses on treating the whole person — not just the symptoms. Dr. Tahira has a special interest in mental health and offers OHIP-covered psychotherapy as part of her care. She is dedicated to preventive care, chronic disease and weight management, supporting patients with conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease through personalized, long-term care plans.
